Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All Kharisma Beauty orders ship direct from our Texas office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. In rare events shipping schedules may be modified, and we reserve the right to change a shipping schedule without notice. If you have any questions regarding fullfilment, please e-mail info@kharismabeauty.com.

***All US domestic orders will receive FREE standard shipping on orders $50+ with tracking within the United States via USPS or UPS.

***Please note: Free shipping is based on the subtotal amount of your order (before all estimated taxes & coupon codes have been applied with the exception of automatic discounts).

PROCESSING TIMES:

​All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has left our fulfillment center. You will receive an estimated time of delivery when choosing your shipping option. Delivery dates includes total time (processing + shipping) for order to reach destination.

Most orders are processed same day or next day from the time it is placed on the website. On occasion processing time may take up to 2 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders placed by 12pm CT (Mon-Fri) will be processed same day.

• Orders placed after 12pm CT (Mon-Thurs) will be processed next day.

• Orders placed after 12pm CT (Friday) will be processed on the following Monday.

• Orders placed on (Sat or Sun) will be processed on the following Monday.

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES:

Please note that orders to most US destinations may take 4-6 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order (this includes processing & shipping time). International orders may have longer delivery times. All delivery times that we provide are estimates. For more information, refer to our Shipping Options, Prices & Times. We will make sure your package is sent out in a timely manner to meet delivery promise times.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers include DHL Express (International) and may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost(s) will be calculated and displayed at the point of checkout. 


SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Kharisma Beauty you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. Refused or returned packages (due to incorrect shipping information) will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. A reshipment fee will be charged to resend package.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS/EDITS:

***To change/update your SHIPPING ADDRESS, please email us promptly to info@kharismabeauty.com so that we can make adjustments to your order before it is shipped out***

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or edited for any of the reasons listed below. This includes but is not limited to the following requests:

  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size/quantity of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request
  • Shipping method change
  • Payment method change

If for any reason you need assistance with the requests listed above, please contact us right away for further assistance.

DISCLAIMER: To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we display, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. Kharisma Beauty does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Help us to ensure your package is properly delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

After your order is placed, a label will be created and tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. However, please allow 48 Hrs for USPS or UPS (or alternate carrier) to update their tracking after initial scan. If you still do not receive tracking information please contact us at info@kharismabeauty.com.

Please refer to the tracking number in the confirmation email sent to you at time of purchase for order status. If you are subscribed and have a login, you can check your order status using tracking number on the My Account link on website. If you have questions about your order status email us at info@kharismabeauty.com. We are happy to help!


PO BOX/Local Delivery:

We will deliver to your PO Box upon request. Please enter correct information in shipping address bar at checkout.

We offer Local Delivery within a 40 mile radius of our warehouse location. This includes most of the Houston, Texas area. Please email us at info@kharismabeauty if you are unsure your area is within the zone of delivery. Please note: Order must be confirmed and paid in full before delivery is made.

 Delivery requirements include:

  • $150.00 minimum purchase 
  • $8.00 delivery fee (this will cover travel costs)
  • Verification of address and contact information
  • Must be within a 40 mile radius

    Kharisma Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. Kharisma Beauty is not responsible for any items lost in transit. In the event that a package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. Kharisma Beauty is not responsible for delays beyond our control including but not limited to materials, disruptions in transportation/failures, acts of nature, etc.


    DAMAGED ITEMS:

    In the event you receive items that have been damaged due to non-transit reasons, please send photos of your order in its original packaging and the damage sustained upon arrival to info@kharismabeauty.com. Refer to our Returns/Refund policy for further instructions.


    DELIVERY CLAIMS:

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us at info@kharismabeauty.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date/time to file a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    Kharisma Beauty does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/PRODUCT INQUIRY

    Our inventory is regularly updated to accurately display available products. For out of stock items, click the ‘Email me when available’ tab under the product you want to get notified when it is back in stock.

    In the rare event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be notified, via email or phone number immediately. We will provide you the item’s estimated restock date/time if available. A refund or option to choose a similar product (of similar value) will also be available to you. It is our pride and joy to provide you exceptional customer care so that you may receive the items you love.
