Starting an online Return or Exchange is easy:
- Enter in your order number and email address or phone number to sign in.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange. Follow the instructions to complete the returns or exchange request and submit.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an update to your email.

How it works:
- Our satisfaction guarantee ensures you can return any unused, unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items eligible for return are subject to inspection (refer to return requirements).
- We will create a return order for your request, which will update on the return page and email.
All return requests are subject to approval.
- Any items sent back to us without properly initiating the returns or exchange process will not be considered. If applicable, you will be responsible for any reshipping labels and/or fees.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must meet ALL requirements:
- Items within 14 day return window.
- Unused and unopened products.
- Items must be from Kharismabeauty.com
- Products must be associated with the original order number.
- Products must be in ALL original packaging.
- There must be no visible signs of use or wear, including but not limited to lash glue, makeup residue, or any other discrepancies.

- Product is defective.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
- Items beyond 14 day return window.
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items or collections that have been deemed non-refundable or non-exchangeable during certain sales events or promotions per store discretion.
I bought an item at sale, promo, coupon or discounted price. Will I get refunded for the full price of the item?
- Items purchased at our sale, promotional, coupon, or discounted price points will be refunded in the amount processed at initial time of checkout.
How can I return my item(s)?
You will have the option to:
- Ship with a return label provided by merchant, which will be provided after we approve request.
- Ship items on your own, with a carrier of your choice. A return label will not be provided.
How soon will I get my return refund?
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Once the refund is issued, you will receive it within 10 business days. The time of arrival depends on the store and the bank.
- Refund to Store Discount: Once the refund is issued, you will get a discount code immediately, which will update on the return page and email.
Exchanges
How it works:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have. You can exchange any unused, unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items eligible for exchange are subject to inspection (refer to return requirements above).
- We will create an exchange order for your return request, which will update on the return page and email.
- All approved exchange items/orders will be re-shipped with a replacement of the original item(s) or available product variant.
How can I return my item(s)?
You will the have the option to:
- Ship with a return label provided by merchant, which will be provided after we approve request.
- Ship items on your own, with a carrier of your choice. A return label will not be provided.
Damage, loss, or theft issues
You must initiate the return/exchange process within 14 days of delivery date. To approve your request for damage, loss or theft, your items must be covered at time of purchase by our ShipSafe Insurance, which is available during checkout. This applies to all orders placed on or after February 8, 2024.
- Please inspect your order upon arrival.
- For packages damaged on arrival: Please proceed with normal returns process. Select “parcel damaged on arrival” as reason for return.
- Adequate proof (photos & description) are required to support request.
- For loss or theft: Please proceed with normal returns process. Select “lost or stolen parcel” or “missing items” as reason for return.
- Adequate proof (photos & description) of information are required to support request.
What is considered damage, loss, or theft?
Damage - When a package is damaged or destroyed, after it leaves our fulfillment center, while in transit and upon arrival to the intended destination.
Theft - When a package is stolen or never arrives to intended destination. (Please be sure your shipping address is correct and confirmed, we are not liable for shipping address errors.)
How can I make sure my package is protected from damage, loss and theft?
We offer our own shipping insurance and protection plan for your package at checkout for a small fee. This shipping insurance add-on guarantees 100% payment, replacement and protection from damage, loss or theft.

What if I don’t purchase shipping insurance?
- You may file a claim with the USPS carrier immediately but no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Please refer to their website for further assistance and information.
Gifts Cards
Can I return or exchange a Gift Card?
Gift cards are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on gift cards.
